Zodiac Gold Inc.

Astra Exploration Inc.

Astra Exploration presents a rare opportunity to gold and silver investors: a growing portfolio of three precious metals projects in the most prolific producing regions of Chile and Argentina.  Astra’s newest project, La Manchuria, is located in the famed Deseado Massif of Santa Cruz, Argentina, and hosts an epithermal gold & silver deposit, boasting spectacular grades (ounces of gold and kilograms of silver per tonne) over multiple metres in numerous open drill intercepts. Previous drilling has been limited to ~170 metres depth, and a reconstruction of the geological model by Astra’s geologists indicate the high-grade ‘feeder zones’ are open along strike and at depth. Within the 5,600 hectare claim package are multiple regional targets with veins and grade at surface, which suggest the potential for a district-scale system.  A fully funded drill program is set to begin at La Manchuria, targeting the extension of bonanza-grade gold and silver in a proven, near surface system.  Astra has the option to earn 90% interest in the La Manchuria project over a six-year period.

Astra’s 100% owned Pampa Paciencia project is a large, low sulphidation epithermal (LSE) gold-silver system located in the Paleocene mineral province of northern Chile within 15km of the giant Spence and Sierra Gorda mines, and shares several important geological similarities to other Paleocene LSE gold-silver deposits including Faride and the world-class El Peñón deposit. The Company owns 100% interest in the Cerro Bayo project located in the Maricunga belt of northern Chile, a geological belt which hosts nearly 100Moz of gold. Cerro Bayo hosts a high sulphidation epithermal system with several similarities to the Salaras Norte deposit within the same belt to the north.

Major shareholders include Michael Gentile, Peter Marrone, Simon Marcotte, Mason Resources, and Management. Astra’s team is credited with multiple epithermal discoveries in Latin America, including in the Deseado Massif. The Company is closely held among a small group of investors and has a tight share structure. That group of investors holds C$1.6M worth of deep in-the-money warrants to provide a ‘pocket financing’ for further exploration, pushing buyers into the market. Astra embodies many features which position it for a significant re-rate in share price.  The Company is headquartered in Vancouver, BC.
